maplemaple - (February 14, 2005) I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. And they did not deliver it on that day they promised to do. And I don't know when it would be delivered. when I contacted the customer service, they gave you choice either to cancel the order or give you a 50% gift certificate of my order--who would order again from them! The whole point of flower delievery on V-Day is timing. They ruined my V-day and refuse to compensate. BTW, the on line chat customer service kept me waiting in queue for 4 hours.

sandrataylor7 - (September 22, 2006) I bought these last month and they lasted 10 days. I shopped around and these were the best price. I had to share the good news. If you need to send flowers to someone, this is probably the best value.

Do fall for the "guarantee"

axnhero - (September 19, 2006) I recently ordered a birthday basket arrangement and paid the additional $3 for a "guaranteed delivery before 11am." The flowers didn't arrive until after 1:30pm. What did this guarantee buy me, you ask? Hmmm... oddly enough.. nothing. I called to ask about the terms of my guarentee and I was told that fromyouflowers.com would refund the $3 bucks. It seems that this "offer" is just a way to fleece their customers out of an additional $3. Meaning, if the flowers arrive on time, they keep $3, if they don't you may or may not call to get your money back. There appears to be no additional effort to insure on-time delivery. If you order from this company, don't pay for the guarantee

xieyupku - (02/20/2008) I've ordered from ProFlowers 3x and I have received two dozen beautiful flowers too.I got a reasonable price I suppose...coming out to $45. And I got good luck with the quality. I'm going to be ordering from them again next year, just waiting for a better deal.

Beautiful Flowers
joeltsem - (05/07/2007) I bought these flowers for my mom early this Mother's Day and she was amazed. She said they were the freshest flowers she's received yet. I'm not sure if she's just making me feel good, but I saw them and they look really beautiful. They're over one week old and look fresh and new. They were cheap too.
