Cleveland Botanical Garden Flower Show is a rite of spring. Every two years, visitors from all over the country come together over Memorial Day Weekend to bask in beauty, see something new, and gain inspiration for their home gardens.
The theme for our fifteenth anniversary year, "The Garden Goes to the Movies," combines the beauty of flowers and gardens with the glamour and excitement of the movies.

FLOWER SHOW 2009 OVERVIEW
The largest outdoor flower show in North America returns to Cleveland Botanical Garden for five days over Memorial Day Weekend 2009.
The theme for our fifteenth anniversary year, “The Garden Goes to the Movies,” combines the beauty of flowers and gardens with the glamour and fascination of the movies. Whether you’re into the classics or romance, fantasy or film noir, movies — like gardens — are visual works of art that reflect our loftiest dreams and most heartfelt emotions. Come see dozens of fascinating gardens and horticultural displays that will make you see gardens, flowers — and movies — as never before.

Originally modeled after The Royal Horticultural Society’s famed Chelsea Flower Show in London, England, Cleveland Botanical Garden Flower Show has become a destination experience for anyone who loves great gardens and beauty of all kinds. It is the only outdoor flower show to be honored with major show status by both National Garden Clubs, Inc. and Garden Club of America.
