ROSE MASTERS LLC, doing business as WWW.ROSEMASTERS.COM , is certified beneath the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) under 9001:2000 Quality Management, 14001:2004 Environmental Management, 18001 Health and Safety Management, 27001:2005 Information Security and 28000:2005 Supply Chain Security. We utilize the ISO network of national and international standards that are instituted from 146 countries working in partnership with international organizations, governments, industry, business and consumer representatives to provide quality standards for our organization and to protect our consumers. ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management): ROSEMASTERS uses ISO 9001:2000 to ensure organizational practices to fulfill our objectives: customer quality and regulatory requirements. We do this to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve continual improvement of our performance in pursuit of these objectives. ROSEMASTERS does this by following strict quality checks, continuous improvement and using a customer feedback system that utilizes Key Performance Indicators (KPI). KPIs are measures that focus on the achievement of our freshness standards that are critical to the current and future success of our organization. These indicators contract with freshness and quality matters that are linked to the ROSEMASTERS mission, vision and quality programs, which are to 1) know customer expectations, 2) meet them, and 3) improve the management system.

ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management): ROSEMASTERS uses ISO 14001:2004 for control of our environmental aspects and the improvement of our environmental performance. By minimizing harmful effects on the environment and achieving continual improvements in our environmental performance, ROSEMASTERS provides user friendly products to our customers. We do this by utilizing organic growing methods and an aggressive recycling program to use recycled products in our ofices and in our floral packaging resulting in reducing our use of new paper products by 100%.

OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety): ROSEMASTERS uses OHSA 18001 as our standard to protect our most valuable resource: our employees. We accomplish this by using and enforcing a safety management system developed to identify, control and mitigate occupational health and safety hazards in our industry. We implemented this program in response to our concern for the health and welfare of our employees as well as certification and self assessment. ISO 27001(Information Security Management System): ROSEMASTERS uses ISO 27001 to comply and certify the specific requirements and guidance for the certification of our information security management system (ISMS), in addition to the requirements contained within ISO. We use It to support and validate the security accreditation and certification of our ISMS.

ISO 28000 (Supply Chain Security Management): ROSEMASTERS uses ISO 28000 to facilitate trade and the transport of goods across borders. We do this to improve and effectively implement mechanisms that address our supply chain business interests, and to ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements regarding customs and security for international and cross border deliveries.

Our logo represents our business with the personification and symbolism of the colors red and green

ROSEMASTERS uses red to symbolize the color of fire and life, strength, power, determination, but more significantly passion, desire, and love. Red is a very emotionally intense color. It enhances human metabolism, increases respiration rate, and raises blood pressure. Red brings feelings to the forefront. It is used to stimulate people; it is a perfect color to use to evoke erotic feelings (red roses). Red roses symbolize passionate love.

ROSEMASTERS uses green to as our watch-color to remind us of our partnership with Mother Nature and our commitment to environmental stewardship and balance. It symbolizes growth, harmony, freshness, and fertility. Green has strong emotional correspondence with quality and safety. Green also has great healing power. It is the most restful color for the human eye, and green suggests stability and endurance.
